The building at Am Mühlenberg 5A is being built as a modern four-storey office and administrative building, including a canteen on the ground floor. The single-storey basement spreads out beneath the buildings at 5A and 5B and contains parking spaces for cars and bikes as well as secondary rooms for building technology and similar infrastructure. Part of the roof is available to users as a terrace. The building is accessed via two stairwells, each with a lift. The standard of finishing for the spaces is coordinated with the users.
